In fact, almost 50% of the Orascoptic products that customers purchase today didn't exist 16 months ago.

A moment with Customer Centricity winner Alberto Neves

When Alberto Neves joined our team more than 16 years ago, he had no idea how much he would love working with our technology and customers. As a Technical Specialist for our diagnostics brand, DEXIS, Alberto supports and trains customers virtually and in person, makes repairs, and develops new systems. With an engineering background, Alberto has always been intellectually curious and has a penchant for solving puzzles. But he gets the most professional satisfaction working with our customers.

There is never a boring day at Envista. During my career I have been fortunate to learn from the brightest minds in the industry. I have been given the chance to build my skills and set a strong professional foundation. Today, I would like to share my journey with you, and what I have learned.

I felt a surge of excitement when I received my offer to join Envista's summer MBA internship program, but my excitement was tinged with trepidation as my start date approached. I had no previous experience working in the dental industry; indeed, I had never worked for an American for-profit company before.

We are very proud of our interns and we are spending the summer checking in and learning from them. Boshi Wang started his internship in June as part of our immersive 3-month program of learning, working, and living the Envista life.

I am in my first rotation working as a global product manager at Ormco, a global leader across 140 countries and regions in the orthodontics medical devices industry.
